Clova Avenue and Poplar Avenue, Blairgowrie Footway Resurfacing

Perth and Kinross Council are planning to undertake footway resurfacing works on Clova Avenue and Poplar Avenue, Blairgowrie, from the junction at Berrydale Road to the junction at Altamount Road. Please see enclosed location plan drawing 3787244_01 detailing the extents of the planned works.

The works will commence on Thursday 22 May and will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. To undertake the works safely and efficently the works will be carried out under temporary traffic lights with a suspension of on-street parking and loading.

Vehicle access to properties within the works extents will be limited and we cannot guarantee immediate access/egress due to the excavations and the laying of hot material. The contractor will grant vehicle access when it is safe to do so. We advise to expect delays when travelling through the works site, however, we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum. Emergency service vehicle access will always be maintained and on waste collection days please present your bin as usual.

To ensure the works can be carried out to a high standard and to avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask that all hedges and trees are cut back to the boundary line prior to the works commencing.
