Braw Fitness Games

Have you heard about the Braw Fitness Games?

It’s an outdoor fitness race that combines running with 10 challenge zones, including tyre flips, drags, sandbags, and more.

Designed to test strength, stamina, and determination, the Games encourage participants to push their limits and see what they can achieve - whether they race to complete or race to compete!

2026 is the third year of the challenge, which is organised by the team behind the Braw Fitness Gym. Braw Fitness helps people to build strength and fitness for life with the support of professional personal trainers.

This year, the Braw Fitness Games are taking place on Saturday, August 15th from 8.30am to 5.30pm in Bogle’s Field on the outskirts of Blairgowrie.

Entries to the race have sold out with people from around the country keen to test their strength and endurance in a range of challenges incorporating everything from running to bear crawls to burpees and rope pulls.

Spectators are very much encouraged at the event to support the competitors and cheer them on as they push themselves to the limit in what is sure to be a day to remember.

Entry for spectators is free and there will be lots happening throughout the day with activities for all ages.

Rhys Spackman is keen to encourage people to come along and join in the fun. He said: “You can try your hand at lifting strongman stones, have a go at archery with Outdoor Explore or take on an army challenge. Kids can tackle the inflatable assault course or take part in the Braw Fitness mini games for children.

“There will also be food from Magic 5 Pizza and the Rolling Stove, and refreshments from Really Awesome Coffee and Mobile Measures.

“So whether you're competing, supporting friends and family, or just looking for a great day out, the Braw Fitness Games has you covered!”
